I haven't been to this store in 21 years. I was so surprised to see the change. It was so clean and smelled so good. I was there for 2 reasons,,fresh fruit and a Birthday cake. I was not disappointed. I bought oranges, bananas, blackberries and blueberries. The blackberries were so good and sweet.
When I went to the bakery the bakery manager was the one that took care of me. She was so helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she never lost her patience with me. Shelly was super!!!
I would recommend everyone to go there. I am out of State and was so pleased by the way I was treated.
Thank you Krogers.
Several items are consistently out of stock, especially in the produce and frozen food sections.
Additionally, produce is often not as fresh as it should be.
Lastly, the brand, Pet Pride Cat Food, is consistently out of stock. I just started going to a different Kroger.
I normally use the Caroline cart at the Kroger's house for disabled people. And every time I come in the store to get it I can't find it. They keep it in the office and use it for storage instead of having it reachable to use for disabled children... took 10 min to find it..
I prefer this one over the other one. There are atleast 6 employees who are outstanding. Most are cashiers, but atleast one is Click List. But especially the younger girl at the Deli, always a smile and a wave. I wish I knew all their names. Their presence carries the store, makes it feel more welcoming, enjoyable.
Anywho, they pretty much always have what I need (except the dang Ruffles Flammin Hot Cheddar and Sour Cream chips). Those Kroger card savings pretty much are unbeatable. Electric cart situation needs work though.
Bring back them Kroger-brand chocolate/yogurt covered pretzels lol
Apparently around noon on Monday is a good time to go if you don't want a big crowd.. should of went earlier for the meat markdowns but they still have pretty good deals.
Working night shift and shopping after work has been hard since the pandemic has forced stores to close at 10. I tried to enter this store at 9:45 and had the door shut in my face and locked by Christian. Who finally opened the door to explain they shut down whenever they feel like it. Even tho I could visually see a customer using the self checkout, I was still denied into the store to grab a pack of chicken. Is this a major corporation that is open until 10pm? Or is it a private local establishment that can close when the employees want to go home?
They don’t have their holiday hours set correctly and I drove across town under the impression they were open. It is about to be 2024 in a couple days. May want to get with the program here.
If you're wanting anything organic, find somewhere else. I had to throw away half of my fruits and veggies because they all had mold or were old.
Rest of place is mediocre as far as selection. The workers are nice and polite but the Kroger itself sucks - I travel further to another Kroger.
Over $40/50 in groceries thrown away due to a poorly managed section or delivery company.
I won't be back to this location; a shame because the workers are nice.
My pictures show how many peppers I had to throw away from mold.
I didn't take pics of all the grapes and bananas I threw out. Also had to throw out our kale, lettuce, parsley and green peppers.
